DANIEL TIBBITS Symbology Art

I feel ancient architecture, old artifacts and rusted scrap metal captivate me.
Whether it is seeing images from around the world or trekking locally in the lower
mainland, I feel a sense of history and language. A feeling that holds a strength
and purity beyond their physical nature. Seeing what past cultures have
accomplished inspires me to create. To design a world that captures that historic
feeling and blends harmoniously with the natural surroundings.

For the past five years i have been developing a symbology. Symbols, patterns and shapes help to reflect my thoughts, visions and ideals.

I have realized the tiniest seed, the smallest particle, the deepest scar and the
simplest symbol can hold the most powerful healing.
